Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Cover Supervisor into the team at Ipswich Academy from April 2026 on a temporary contract until 31 August 2026.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to promoting an effective and inclusive education for all pupils. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and a willingness to develop your professional skills and knowledge by attending training courses where appropriate. You will need to be able to provide effective communication and interpersonal skills, together with excellent organisational/time management skills.
