We are frequently searching for committed and ambitious individuals who are able to maintain and enhance the excellent provision we have within the trust schools. People who are able to uphold the vision of the trust and deliver consistently in a high-pressure environment.
We are committed to providing our staff with ongoing professional development, guidance and advice from the Executive Principal alongside our centralised services – the Human Resources team, the Finance team and the Senior Administrative team.
Paradigm Trust has been approved by the Department for Education (DfE) to take full responsibility for up to two more schools. This will bring tremendous opportunities in the future for dedicated and professional individuals wishing to join our organisation.
