Ethos

The ethos of the trust is very simple: it is that every child is entitled to an outstanding education, with equal access to knowledge, skills, opportunities, aspirations, life chances and dignity. Every child deserves the best from the schools within the trust and we aim to provide this in many ways, the most important of which are a well-planned and taught curriculum, in an environment where the safety and well-being of pupils are paramount. The trust considers strong partnership work, with the communities its schools serve, as essential to achieving its excellent results. The trust encourages parents and/or carers to support their children at home by encouraging learning, good conduct and high expectations.

We are committed to providing our staff with ongoing professional development, guidance and advice from the Executive Principal alongside our centralised services – the Human Resources team, the Finance team and the Senior Administrative team.

Paradigm Trust has been approved by the Department for Education (DfE) to take full responsibility for up to two more schools. This will bring tremendous opportunities in the future for dedicated and professional individuals wishing to join our organisation.
