The Trust is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. We collect diversity information from directors and co-opted committee members on a voluntary basis. However, due to the small size of the board, publishing this data could risk identifying individuals. We therefore do not publish detailed diversity data, but can use it internally to inform recruitment and succession planning.
