Coronavirus update

Government has produced guidance for the full opening of schools, from September. The last few weeks have gone very well at school and we are excited that we will soon see everyone again. We are currently drawing up plans, based on careful risk assessments. We will share these with you as soon as possible but this may not be until the end of term. In the meantime, Government has produced information for parents/carers here: What parents and carers need to know about early years providers, schools and colleges in the autumn term

Paradigm Trust has confirmed its arrangements to partially re-open schools during the summer term. The Trust-wide and primary-specific arrangements are available here, together with specific safe working practices for staff working in administrative and office-based roles. The secondary arrangements are available here, with agreed behaviour system here.

The Government has produced guidance on ‘What parents and carers need to know about schools and other education settings during the coronavirus outbreak.’

The Government has provided its definition of key workers. This is available here. Parents/carers have already been asked to indicate to their child/ren’s school if they feel that they qualify as a key worker. If you have already done so, but your status may now have changed or be unclear, please contact the school. If you have not yet contacted the school to say that you qualify as a key worker, and you would like your child to be in school, please let the school know urgently so that we can make plans.
